Job Description Job Position: Software Engineer- Ruby on Rails

We are looking for smart, passionate, programmers with proficiency in OOAD and WEB application development.We are focused on Test Driven Development using RSpec and Cucumber. You will design and develop innovative, top grade Ruby on Rails applications following Agile and TDD process. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the best Ruby developers in the industry.
You will be responsible for designing and coding applications using Ruby on Rails framework, you will collaborate with customers and coworkers to deliver original, engaging content. Geared towards perfection, you will be running automated acceptance tests, refactoring base code while maintaining front-end performance, and attending conferences and self-learning to assimilate the latest Ruby and Rails advances into the company’s work.
You will be mentored on areas that would need some improvement. You must be passionate and should demonstrate your ability to take ownership of initiatives.Role:
